Terms of Service

By subscribing to a Reach Broadband plan, you enter into a service agreement with ROHAN MEDIA Pvt. Ltd. Services are provided subject to technical feasibility, coverage availability at your address, and successful verification of your details. We may decline or delay a connection request where service cannot feasibly be provided.

• Subscribers must be 18 years of age or older.
• As mandated by the Department of Telecommunications, valid proof of identity and address must be provided before activation.
• The connection is registered to the subscriber whose KYC is verified and may not be transferred without our written consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your service.

• All plan prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are charged extra.
• Plan validity starts from the date of activation.
• Promotional offers (such as free router or free installation) are subject to plan eligibility and may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
• Long-duration plans (e.g., 10+2 months) are billed upfront; the bonus months apply only when the full term is paid for in advance.
• Bills must be paid on or before the due date to avoid service interruption; reactivation after suspension for non-payment may attract charges.
• Plan prices and features may be revised prospectively; existing paid-up validity is honoured at the price paid.

• Installation charges, where applicable, are non-refundable once installation is completed.
• If we are unable to activate your connection after payment, amounts paid will be refunded in full.
• For prepaid long-duration plans cancelled mid-term, refunds (if any) are calculated on a pro-rata basis at the standard monthly rate for the months used, less applicable discounts and offer benefits.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Our unlimited plans are truly unlimited for personal use. You agree not to use the service for:

• Any activity that violates applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Network abuse — including spamming, hacking attempts, spreading malware, or attempting to access systems without authorization.
• Commercial resale, redistribution, or sharing of the connection outside your premises without written authorization.
• Any activity that degrades the network experience of other users.

We may suspend or terminate service, with notice where practicable, if we detect a violation of this section.

• Routers and ONUs provided free with plans remain subject to the applicable offer terms; unless stated otherwise, equipment provided free of cost remains our property and must be returned in working condition on disconnection.
• Our technicians will complete standard installation; non-standard cabling requirements may involve additional charges communicated in advance.
• You are responsible for the safekeeping of equipment installed at your premises and for providing safe access to our personnel for installation and maintenance.
• Damage to equipment due to negligence, tampering, or electrical faults at your premises may be charged at replacement cost.

While we target 99.9% network uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, power failures, fiber cuts, extreme weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to restore services promptly. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Either party may terminate the service with notice. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these terms, or where required by a lawful order. Applicable dues remain payable upon termination, and our equipment must be returned as described above. On termination, we retain records only as required by law.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services you consent to that processing as described there.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Broadband's liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the charges paid by you for the affected billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content, availability, or security of third-party services (including OTT platforms bundled with plans), which are governed by their own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold ROHAN MEDIA Pvt. Ltd. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights through your use of the connection.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. For service complaints, please first contact our customer support at +91-9133344622 or enquiry@reachbroadband.in — most issues are resolved at this level.
